With over 20 years’ experience in the real estate industry, starting in 2001, I have worked with a diverse range of buyers and sellers in various areas of the market.
My expertise includes working with first-time home buyers, helping them navigate the complex process of purchasing a home from identifying properties that best fit their needs, securing financing, negotiating the offer, and finally sitting down at the closing table to hand them the keys to their new home.
Also working with buyers and sellers in the luxury home market, helping buyers find high-end properties that meet their unique needs and goals. My understanding of the luxury real estate market, along with my extensive network of contacts and resources has enables me to provide my clients with exceptional service and support.
Finally, I have managed several large new construction sub divisions which has given me excellent experience in the new construction arena, with a deep understanding of the building process, collaborating with builders, land developers and ensuring that the construction projects are complete on time and within budget
I began my career in 2001 as a residential loan officer where I secured financing for thousands of home buyers, to shifting gears in 2014 into real estate sales.
